Robert Schneider
Coach Schneider led the defense for Lighthouse Christian Colleges’ inaugural season finishing 8-1. Coach Schneider has been coaching football for over 25 years. Previously coaching defensive line at Mobile Christian School in Mobile Alabama winning 2023 3A state championship 15-0. Lighthouse Private Christian Academy as Defensive Coordinator, Southeastern University “Fire” in Lakeland, Florida as Defensive Line coach for the start up in 2013 of the football program, Operations and defensive line for Washington high School, Pensacola, Florida, Defensive line assistant for Pensacola High” Fightin Tigers” including 2009 Florida 3A State Championship 14-1, Carroll High School of Ozark, Alabama defensive coordinator, Defensive line Alma Bryant High School in Irvington, Alabama, and head coach London Central High School in High Wycomb, UK while on active duty in 1989.

Coach Schneider is a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer married to Gwenith Schneider and have two children, Commander Frank Willis (Navy Pilot) and his wife Elizabeth Willis and two grandchildren David and Layla. His daughter Brittany Singleton (graduate of USF) and her husband Andrew Singleton.
Coach Schneider holds degrees from PJC now Pensacola State; AA Arts, University of West Florida; Bachelors Special Education, Masters in Instructional Technology, Specialist in Curriculum and instruction. Graduated in1977 from Rogers High School, Rogers, Arkansas.

Dennis Green
Coach Dennis Green brings a powerful blend of leadership, service, and life experience to the Lighthouse Christian College football program as the offensive line coach. A proud Pensacola native, Coach Green played offensive line at Florida State University from 1995 to 1997 under legendary head coach Bobby Bowden, after being recruited by former Lighthouse head coach Ronnie Cottrell—then Florida State’s recruiting coordinator. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from FSU in 1997. During his time at Florida State, Coach Green was part of the program alongside current Lighthouse Christian College Head Coach Dave Wilson, who served on the Seminoles coaching staff in 1996. Their shared history at FSU now fuels a unified vision for the Lighthouse program.

After graduation, Coach Green served as a Deputy Sheriff in both Escambia and Sarasota Counties, Florida. In 2000, he played professionally for the Pensacola Barracudas in the Arena Football League 2, representing his hometown on the national stage. His coaching journey began with the freshman team at Gulf Breeze High School, followed by a position as the offensive line coach at Pensacola Catholic High School from 2009 to 2010. He is known for his hands-on, fundamentals-driven approach, building offensive linemen who are tough, smart, and disciplined.
Beyond the gridiron, Coach Green has built a career in both construction and law. A Florida Certified Building Contractor, he previously served as President of Arthur Rutenberg Homes in Gulf Breeze. He earned a Master of Public Administration from Troy University in 2011 and a Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2014. He went on to serve as a prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in Houston, Texas, and in 2018, opened his own law firm. His legal practice operates across Florida, Alabama, Texas, and parts of Tennessee, focusing on first-party insurance and construction litigation. Coach Green brings this wealth of life experience to the field, blending athletics, service, leadership, and faith. His coaching philosophy centers on toughness, grit, and accountability—values he instills in his players to prepare them for success both on and off the field.
He is married to Amanda and is a proud father to two children: Bradie Kay and Trace. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and collecting classic cars. He is a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, the Knights of Columbus, and a former board member of the Greater Pensacola Seminole Club. He continues his strong support of Florida State University as a Platinum Chief Booster and as a member of the Bowden Society.


Jason Baldwin
Jason Baldwin brings more than two decades of leadership, discipline, and athlete development experience to the coaching profession. A retired United States Air Force veteran with 23 years of service as an air traffic controller at Eglin Air Force Base, Jason transitioned from military leadership into coaching with a passion for building stronger athletes and stronger young men. Since entering the coaching profession in 2019, Jason has coached high school football, strength and conditioning, track and field, and baseball across programs in Florida and Alabama. He has served as a defensive line coach, defensive backs coach, assistant track coach, and strength and conditioning coordinator, helping athletes improve speed, explosiveness, confidence, and overall performance. His teams have experienced measurable success both on the field and in the weight room, including a Florida high school football state championship. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports and Health Sciences with a concentration in Coaching from American Military University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Athletic Development and Management while working toward his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.

Lisa Mutuc
Lisa currently serves as the football liaison and admissions director at Lighthouse Christian College. Lisa joined Lighthouse Christian Academy in August 2020 and transitioned to admissions director at Lighthouse Christian College in August 2023. Lisa is pursuing her doctorate and currently has an MBA degree in business, a Bachelor of Science degree in business, and an Associate of Arts degree in information technology. This strong educational foundation supports her ability to drive success in various areas, from admissions and student advising to overall campus administration.

Bethany Broxson is dedicated to building our engaging, professional, and meaningful online experience for Lighthouse Christian College Athletics. She specializes in creating content that connects with audiences, tells compelling stories, and helps strengthen our online presence through creativity and innovation. With a strong eye for design and communication, Bethany enjoys bringing ideas to life through visually appealing websites and impactful written content. Her work focuses on making our online athletics spaces modern, interactive, and welcoming while leaving a lasting impression on visitors, students, families, and supporters. As a Christian, Bethany’s faith influences both her personal life and professional approach. She strives to reflect integrity, kindness, creativity, and excellence in every project she takes on. She believes her talents are meant to serve others and create positive, uplifting content that encourages connection, community, and faith-centered growth throughout Lighthouse Christian College Athletics.
