Lighthouse Christian College Makos Set for Annual Media Day

The Lighthouse Christian College Makos are set to host their annual Media Day on Friday, August 21st, as the team prepares for the upcoming football season.

The event will take place at “Mako” Field from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Local media members will have the opportunity to meet with Makos players and coaches for interviews, photographs, and preseason coverage.

Media Day will provide a first look at the 2026 Makos as they prepare for a challenging season and their highly anticipated opening game.

The Makos will officially open the season on Friday, August 21st, at 6:00 p.m. in Morrow, Georgia, when they take on the Clayton State University Lakers, the defending Conference champions.

Local media are encouraged to attend Saturday’s Media Day and take advantage of the opportunity to speak with coaches and players before the Makos begin their regular-season schedule.
